I WAS reading Neil Farrington's Newcastle United match report in last week's Sunday Sun and could not credit the reference to "Ashley's ageing lady companion".
Just how low are we going to stoop in this continuing saga with Mike Ashley? Certainly he (Ashley) has a lot to answer for and, yes, Newcastle are in serious decline as a result of mistakes made by him and some of his advisers, but to use disparaging remarks towards a lady (your description) in a newspaper column is below the belt, totally uncalled for and in downright bad taste.See the full content of this document
