WHAT is this man Ken Oxley doing? I am normally a placid person. I accept most newspaper articles with a shrug, but he drives me bananas . . . why?

Does he not realise that the low-level "couldn't care less attitude" leads to the "broken society" that David Cameron is describing? Once upon a time, we would never have cocked a snook at rules that made us better members of society - I can hear Mr Oxley yawning - because we were imbued with a sense of respect.
