Summary
WELL now the dust has settled we Newcastle United fans find ourselves looking up at the "top table" with envy. There's only the fact Mike Ashley stands to lose over pounds 100m that's stopping me thinking he's hatched the perfect plan to destroy a huge football club.
He bought it without due diligence. He needed directors and picked a former Chelsea steward, a casino manager and a completely unproven former player who nobody even liked as his director of football.
